dbTube Personal License Agreement.

After the completion of your PayPal payment transaction at a.herz[at]freegroup[dot]de, dbTube grants you a Personal License.

 

What you CAN DO:

  1. You have the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material an unlimited number of times of personal purposes ("Permitted uses"). Any uses other than the Permitted Uses must be approved by dbTube in writing.
  2. Your rights to the Licensed Material are worldwide.

 

What you CAN NOT DO:

  1. You may not rent, sublicense, sell, assign, convey or transfer Licensed Material, this Agreement or any of its rights under this Agreement; 
  2. You may not sell, license or distribute any derivative work based on the Licensed Material.
  3. You may not redistribute Licensed Material online in a downloadable format.
  4. You may not use Licensed Material in electronic items for resale, such as website templates, electronic devices (i.e. computer, iPhone, phones, etc.) software applications or similar products that You intend to sell or distribute.
  5. Unauthorized use results in the immediate termination of this license, and with it, your rights to use the Licensed Material.

 

Copyright

  1. No ownership or copyright in any Licensed Material (javascript, PHP, icons, icon sets, graphics or web templates) shall pass to you by the issuance of the license contained in this Agreement.
